LIVE TRAINING August 27th 12:30-2:30 PM CT

Elevate Your Interior Design Presentations

Increase sales and client satisfaction, shave hours off your

design presentation process, and communicate your vision

so clients say YES! Learn how to elevate your presentations

in our live training created specifically for interior designers.

No One Else is Teaching This and it’s SO necessary.

Yes, the client experience, sales calls, onboarding, pricing, markup, revision process, communication policies, and installs are integral to the success of an interior design project.

But there is ONE CRITICAL part of the process that is NOT being taught in the industry (we teach it in our signature program, The DTS Method, and it’s how we know this is true), and it’s SO important that, to be honest

If you aren’t doing this thing well, it doesn’t matter how talented you are or where you've been published or who you mentored under …

your design business will hit a wall, and you’ll find yourself in a downward spiral of designing all the time but not seeing anything come to fruition (OR, your clients will request SO many changes that the final result isn’t even something you want your name tied to).

Not prioritizing this single most important part of the process can cause issues like:

✖️ Lots of revisions from clients which is timely and costly (not to mention mind-numbing)

✖️ Clients not approving and buying the design which means no design product sales, project timeline delays, non-buyers in your active pipeline who you’re not sure how to handle

✖️ Clients taking matters into their own hands, meaning now you’ve got to have a tough conversation and it will likely not end well

✖️ No completed projects to photograph, which means no new work to showcase in your portfolio, no social proof or reviews from happy clients, and no way to uplevel your marketing

✖️ Clients who feel they overpaid and didn’t receive true professional interior design services which leads to no referrals, lots of pushback and objections, disgruntled customers

What part of the process is so important that if you don't get it right, your biz could

be leaving 80% of its revenue on the table every.single.time you get it wrong?

YOUR DESIGN PRESENTATION

How you present the design to clients and convey your vision to them in a way that is digestible, understandable, and gets 100% buy-in is CRITICAL.

Your presentation materials should:

→ Further validate your design service fees and product pricing.

→ Make clients feel like, “O.M.G. This is amazing; it’s like it fell out of my own brain. EVERYTHING is a yes, let’s order.”

→ Make it so easy for clients to approve and order on the spot—meaning, they leave the design presentation, and you’ve got design approvals and payment in hand the same day so ordering can begin and you can now serve the next client in the pipeline.

So, if you struggle to communicate your design ideas to clients in a way that allows them to say YES, APPROVED at presentation …

… if it feels like you’re bleeding money (and time) …

… if you’re overwhelmed with endless revisions, client indecision, and project delays …

… if your beautiful designs are met with glossed-over eyes, objections, and requests for changes …

… you're not alone.

Many interior designers we’ve worked with aren’t communicating their vision and presenting their designs in a way that gets total buy-in from clients, which can lead to frustration, a negative client experience, and lost revenue opportunities.

But, we’re putting an end to that.

It is my MISSION to put more money and confidence into the
hands of interior designers, a predominantly female industry.

And this training is just one part of it.

THAT’S WHY WE’RE EXCITED TO INTRODUCE THE…

In this 2-ish hour live training, you’ll learn design presentation best practices so you can present your designs in an elevated and professional way with confidence and clarity, getting to YES every time.

Elevate Your Design

PRESENTATION LIVE TRAINING

ON AUGUST 27TH FROM 12:30-2:30 PM CT

PART 01

✔ Instructional Presentation by
Katie & Gloria from DDC

PART 02

✔ Live Review of Attendee
Submitted Presentations

PART 03

✔ Live Q+A Session to Get Your Specific Questions Answered

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:

  • What to include and NOT include in your presentation materials

  • How to organize your presentation pages and ideas

  • How to properly present floor plans, elevations and renderings (and the simple adjustment most designers don't make)

  • How to showcase products in design boards so clients can absolutely envision the design (even if you don’t provide 3D renderings)

  • How to get fewer revisions and higher approval/purchase rates

  • How to stop touching things 101 times so you can be more profitable

  • How to leave design presentation with the only next steps being either: do you have a change or two you’d like to see, OR, here’s how to approve and submit payment.

Not only will we teach you how to make your clients’ experience more elevated and professional, but you’ll also learn how to shave hours off your design presentation process AND increase conversion rates (meaning, more approvals, more purchases).

Regardless of what design software programs you use, these sound principles apply to creating high-quality, impactful, and compelling presentations to fully communicate your design intent to the client.

The fact this isn’t being taught at this level is crazybecause if clients don’t approve and buy your designs, you’ve got no money in the bank and nothing to show for all that time and energy.

And, if your clients don’t get a design they love (or a design they can understand that doesn’t leave them feeling overwhelmed and confused..and thinking, I paid $XX,XXX for THIS??!!), you can say byeeee to referrals and five star reviews, which are the LIFE of most design businesses.

Join Katie, operations consultant for interior designers, and Gloria, the DDC in-house trained interior designer and design professor, on 8/27/2025 to learn how to elevate your design presentations and get your clients to say YES.

WORKSHOP FEEDBACK

“I was so impressed by the Elevate Your Design Presentation workshop. It laid out every little detail that you should include or not include, the order, how to really sharpen everything to save time and give your clients a sense that you really know what you are doing. The tips in the training will greatly improve my presentation and help me make more money in the end with better time efficiency and with more client approvals.”

DESIGN PRESENTATION TRAINING ATTENDEE

I've seen growth in my interior design business, have become more organized, and can clearly see where I want my business to go

“I just attended your Design Presentation pop up training.  I just wanted to say thank you so much.  It was so helpful and I had so many take-aways.  Thank you so much for the things you said and also for answering the questions in the chat. I have been contemplating doing your DTS Method and this pop training has helped solidify my decision - yes!!  It was great to see how you interact, teach, answer questions, etc to show that the investment of the DTS Method would be so worthwhile for me. ”

LINDSAY, DESIGN PRESENTATION TRAINING ATTENDEE

If you want to be a profitable interior designer- you have to have a solid foundation in your systems and processes or everything else will crumble

“It was so interesting to see the different presentation styles and to hear about the best practices. It was so helpful and we will be making some adjustments to our new presentations going forward!”

KIRSTEN, DESIGN PRESENTATION WORKSHOP ATTENDEE

Working with Katie and her team absolutely transformed my client process, providing me with clear strategy, tools, and confidence to effectively communicate with my clients from the very start, keep my process on track

My design presentations will now be far more professional, and I’m excited to showcase entire designs to my clients in a cohesive and impactful way. This approach will not only save me time and money but also elevate my client experience significantly.

I can already see how this will positively impact my business, helping me stand out in the industry and build stronger connections with my clients. The knowledge I’ve gained will streamline my process and set me up for success in future projects. Truly transformative!”

Why This Training Is
a No-Brainer:

✔️ More approvals and fewer revisions: Save time and reduce frustration.

✔️ Increased revenue: More client approvals mean more sales.

✔️ Elevated client experience: Happy clients lead to referrals and five-star reviews.

✔️ Bonus materials: Receive a design presentation checklist so you know exactly what to include in each presentation type PLUS a Canva Design Presentation Template to streamline the entire process.

But if you’re like, “Katie, I know how to present my designs. I get very few revisions. Everything is good.”, then ask yourself this:

  • Are you showing ONLY the details your clients need to know in the presentation, or are you including tons of extras that stress them out (and take up a lot of your time)?

  • Do your proposals match the design presentation and furniture layouts exactly? Or do you often miss things?

  • Do you understand sales psychology and how your customers feel as they are being “sold to” during the presentation?

  • Do you know how to minimize overwhelm when presenting large designs or complex solutions?

  • Are you using pre-made templates that DON’T align with the industry best practices for presentation materials? (Ummm, we’ve seen some that should be OUTLAWED!!!!!!)

  • Do your presentation materials take you an unusually long time to prepare and personalize?

  • Are your visuals up to industry standards?

  • Are you using images effectively in your presentations, or are they just confusing your clients?

  • Are you able to place orders immediately after your design presentation if clients approve and pay? Or is there still a bunch of work for you to do? Or worse, are clients NOT able to approve and pay at the presentation?

  • Do you feel wobbly in your design fee pricing and presentation skills and know that up-leveling this CRITICAL part of the process would give you so much confidence?

And if you answer those questions and are like, “Shoot…maybe there IS an opportunity to elevate my designs and streamline this integral part of my business…” then join us for this training!
