Revenue by Design

Revenue by Design is a three-part live training series that teaches interior designers three specific ways to increase revenue and stop leaving money on the table.

  • Design day services that feel chaotic, loosely defined, or missing altogether from your service stack, leading you to turn away clients who want help that falls outside full service

  • Furnishing sales where uncertainty about selling custom leads you to play it safe with ready-made or retail pieces, limiting both your design options and your revenue

  • Design presentations that overwhelm clients with unnecessary info instead of guiding them toward confident decisions and a YES.

Join us from March through May 2026 for monthly live workshops to learn how to make each of these revenue streams more predictable, more efficient, and more profitable.

Each session combines business strategy, examples from real design firms, and resources and templates you can implement immediately, along with one week of community support for accountability and feedback as you put these changes into practice.

Enroll individually or bundle all three to save 20% and lock in your spring professional development.

This is a low-lift, high-impact way to stay accountable as you implement these revenue boosting strategies into your business.

"Katie breaks everything down to easily understand and packs her workshops full of information. It's like she not only anticipated my questions going into the workshop but also the ones that popped up along the way and answered all of them."

"Dakota Design Co. has been instrumental in bringing my business to a new level. Katie's training, team, professionalistm, and client interactions are top notch. It's obvious DDC practices what they preach in the way they demonstrate how they run their company, as they impart these same ideals, values, and processes to their clients. Our company has worked with other business training coaches and their programs and Dakota Design Co is our final destination."

"I've been involved in a couple of Katie's programs and workshops, and each time, I'm impressed by how much I can soak in after being in the business for a few years. She and her team keep it fresh and new, which leaves me invigorated to keep the growth within my business."
