Revenue by Design

The Revenue by Design Series for Interior Designers is a three-part live training experience that helps interior designers improve how they make money. From day-rate services to selling custom furnishings to closing more sales through stronger design presentations.

Join us from March through May 2026 for a monthly 2.5 to 3-hour live workshop designed to help you boost profitability, diversify income, and take control of your revenue streams.

Each session blends business strategy, real-world examples, and ready-to-use templates so you can implement what you learn immediately. Think of it as a behind-the-scenes look at how six- and seven-figure design firms structure their revenue. Join one session, or save 20% when you join all three.

Beyond Retail: Selling Custom Furnishings

If you're sourcing furnishings for clients but haven't started selling custom yet, you're leaving real money on the table and creating designs your clients can easily shop around.

Join us live to learn how to source, price, and sell custom pieces, including how to handle markups, procurement fees, vendor accounts, receiver fees, and client conversations.

🗓️ LIVE: MAY 20th

INCLUDED SUPPORT

Revenue Camp

Each live training session includes one week of community support from Katie & Gloria while you implement alongside an amazing community of fellow interior designers.

When you join one, two, or all three sessions, you’ll receive a week of post-training support inside our private community in Heartbeat, just for designers who enrolled in that week’s workshop.

Here’s what’s included in Revenue Camp:

  • Access to our private Revenue Camp space (open for one week after the live session)

  • Targeted advice + light consulting from Katie and Gloria during business hours

  • A space to ask follow-up questions, get feedback, and troubleshoot as you implement

  • A tight-knit group of designers going through the same material alongside you

This is a low-lift, high-impact way to keep the momentum going without adding more to your plate.

"Katie breaks everything down to easily understand and packs her workshops full of information. It's like she not only anticipated my questions going into the workshop but also the ones that popped up along the way and answered all of them."

—INTERIOR DESIGNER

"Dakota Design Co. has been instrumental in bringing my business to a new level. Katie's training, team, professionalistm, and client interactions are top notch. It's obvious DDC practices what they preach in the way they demonstrate how they run their company, as they impart these same ideals, values, and processes to their clients. Our company has worked with other business training coaches and their programs and Dakota Design Co is our final destination."

—INTERIOR DESIGNER

"I've been involved in a couple of Katie's programs and workshops, and each time, I'm impressed by how much I can soak in after being in the business for a few years. She and her team keep it fresh and new, which leaves me invigorated to keep the growth within my business."
